The first flagship platform was HOSWEB Hospital Web Solutions. It was implemented across multiple healthcare organizations and continuously enhanced through the experience of government stakeholders, local specialists, international professionals and real operational users.

Systemzo was founded under the leadership of Eng. Saleem Kawar after approximately ten years of experience across donor-funded initiatives, enterprise IT companies, client projects and independent software development.
His background combines more than five years of experience connected to GIZ Jordan, USAID and ACWUA initiatives, four years with Optimiza Solutions, and long-term work on independent products and operational systems.
Experience across enterprise software, development partnerships, implementation, consulting and practical client delivery formed the base for Systemzo's growth.
